The Two Threads programme

Stop guessing what you need. Find exactly where you are, and the one tool that fits.

A private, self-guided programme for women in divorce. It meets you at the stage you are actually in, hands you the one thing that helps there, and lets you move at your own pace, in your own home, with no one watching.

Not sure where you are? Start with the free two-minute check.

Why a programme, when you already have opinions coming at you from everywhere

Because opinions are not the same as a map. Divorce has a shape, and each part of it needs a different thing. The programme gives you the shape, and the one tool that fits where you are standing right now.

It meets you where you are

No wading through advice meant for someone three stages ahead of you. You find your stage, and work only with what fits it.

One tool at a time

Each stage gives you a single, usable tool, not a reading list. Less to hold, more that actually moves.

Private and self-paced

In writing, in your own time, in your own home. Come back to it, and return to earlier stages, as each new situation lands.

The six stages of the map

Almost everyone stuck in divorce is somewhere on this map, trying to resolve one stage with a tool that belongs to another. Here is the whole shape, so you can see where you are and where the way through goes next.

Stage 1

Fog

You cannot yet tell what you feel or what you want. The tool is learning to read the signal, not silence it.

Stage 2

Decision

Stay or go, act or wait. The tool is deciding from what you want, not from fear.

Stage 3

Negotiation

Money, children, logistics, the other person. The tool is holding the boundary without the fight.

Stage 4

Powerlessness

When it feels like everything is being decided for you. The tool is finding the ground you do still stand on.

Stage 5

Grief

The loss of the life you expected. The tool is letting it be met and tended, not prosecuted.

Stage 6

Rebuild

Wanting things again, becoming yourself again. The tool is building forward without rushing it.

Plus an Orientation to begin, and a Closing to carry it forward. Eight guided pieces in all, with worksheets and a recall prompt built in.

Founding early access

Free while it is founding

The full programme is built and ready. Right now you can have all of it free, as a founding member, in exchange for your email. In return you help shape it, and you keep your place.

Free founding access

Later, the programme becomes paid and adds live group coaching calls. Founding members keep their access to the self-guided programme.

Before you wonder

Is this therapy?

No. It is a self-guided way to understand your own situation and act on it. It sits alongside any therapy, legal or financial support, and never replaces them.

Do I have to do it in order?

No. Start where you are. Different parts of the same divorce can sit in different stages, so you can move around and return whenever a new piece flares.

What if I am not ready?

Then do not buy anything. Take the free check, read the First moves, and come back when you want depth. Nothing here pushes you toward a decision.

Who is behind it?

Divorce Ally works with one half of a divorcing couple only, so the loyalty is to you. The method comes from lived experience of how hard this gets.

Start where you are

Take your place as a founding member and work through the map at your own pace, in private. Or sample a stage first, with no email needed.
